A few things come up often enough to answer here.
Use the forgot password link on the sign in screen. The reset link is good for 30 minutes and works once. If the email does not arrive, check spam, then confirm you are using the address your coach sent the invitation to, which is the address your account is under.
Ask your coach to check the address they used and to send it again. Invitations expire, so an old one may simply have run out.
Open the iOS Settings app, then Privacy and Security, then Health, then Zelos, and make sure the categories are switched on. Zelos reads workouts, heart rate and energy. After granting access, open the Zelos app and pull to refresh on the Endure tab. Note that a workout has to finish and save to Apple Health before we can see it.
Food figures come from public databases, and meals you type in your own words are an automated estimate. Both are approximate. Adjust the portion on the entry, or search for the food directly to get an exact catalogue match instead of an estimate.
In the app, open the Me tab, choose Delete account, and confirm by typing DELETE. It happens immediately and cannot be undone. Your coach keeps the training history and messages from your time together; everything else goes. The Privacy Policy spells out exactly what is erased and what is kept.
Email us. Coach accounts cannot be deleted in the app because clients and a subscription are attached, so we handle those by hand.
